 Sharon Robbins is our Office Manager
She has been with us since 1995.

What do you like best about being an office manager?
I have always loved working with people! Serving others is 'who' I am. My position allows me the opportunity to assure our patients they will always receive the highest quality of care in a warm and friendly environment.
What do you like most about working with your team members?
We are like 'family' to each other. We laugh together as well as cry together. All of us enjoy working with each other and we have a great time both in and out of the office.
 What do you like best about working at the Randolph Center?
My interaction with our patients. My position allows me the opportunity to assure our patients they will always receive the highest quality of care in a warm and friendly environment. Once you step into our facility and become a part of our dental family, the difference is obvious.
What do you like most about Dr. Cheryl and Dr. Bryan?
Their commitment to the patients as well as the practice. They truly care about each patient's dental needs.
What do you like to do when you are not at work?
I reside in Asheboro & love spending time with my family: husband, Jerry; son, Allen and wife Liz; daughter, Julie and husband, Dylan; and being "NANA" TO Kallie, Kelsie and Nathan! We are blessed!
Favorite Patient Story:
Our doctors have always been compassionate about our patients and their personal lives. We have helped numerous patients, so I'm just going to mention a couple. The docs sponsored airline tickets for a family whose daughter (toddler) had a rare form of eye cancer. They also gifted airline tickets to parents of a son (teenager) who was in a car accident and spent many months in a rehab facility in another state.

 What do you like best about your being a patient care coordinator?
I love meeting new patients and providing them with knowledge about our team, office and the excellent service we provide.
What do you like most about working with your team members?
I love the family atmosphere. The personal and special care each staff member gives to our patients.
What do you like to do when you are not at work?
I love spending time with my family: Brian (my better half); Chuck (my son); Josie (my daughter); Bud (my grand dog).
I enjoy going to the beach, shopping, running and working out.
 Jamie Garnett is our Patient Care Coordinator.

I love knowing they want me to succeed in doing a great job as well as I do them.

Because I know that they truly care about their patients and their overall health.
What do you like to do when you are not at work?
I love being on the Pontoon fishing with my family. My family is my world.
 Lisa Morgan is our Insurance Coordinator.
What do you like best about your position?
Overall, it is an intellectually rewarding experience. Working with insurance I am challenged in utilizing my critical thinking skills, mathematics, probability and customer service. I enjoy the sense of accomplishment I am able to provide to our patients to help them understand and maximize their dental benefits.
What do you like most about working with your team members?
Working in a team environment allows each of us to be more proficient in our daily tasks. It helps all of us become more motivated and creates a conducive working environment.
What do you like best about working at Randolph Center for Dental Excellence?
I enjoy working here because the job is very fast paced. I thrive on being busy. The practice is very patient focused
What do you like most about Dr. Cheryl and Dr. Bryan?
Both doctors are fueled by passion to perform different procedures and keep their patient’s dental hygiene on top of their game.
What do you like to do when you are not at work?
I love being a mother to my two beautiful daughters. There is no role in life more essential than that. In my spare time I have two Great Dane dogs who are very spoiled and I also enjoy riding motorcycles. The sense of adventure and the wind therapy do my soul wonders.
 Stacy Fennell is our Dental Hygienist.

What do you like best about being a dental hygienist?
I love getting to know people and building relationships with my patients. Helping people to achieve good oral health, beautiful and healthy smiles, makes my career so rewarding.
 What do you like most about working with your team members?
My team members are awesome to work with and we have the best patients, definitely makes my days enjoyable. They also provide excellent care to our patients and are so knowledgeable in what they do, makes our practice very special.
What do you like most about Dr. Cheryl and Dr. Bryan?
They are highly skilled in their profession and stay current and efficient with new technology.
What do you like to do when you are not at work?
I enjoy spending time with my family & friends, running, weight training, reading, being outdoors, and traveling.
 Renee Kinney is our Dental Assistant.
She has been with us since 1996.

What do you like best about your dental assisting?
I enjoy this career because of my love for helping people and interacting with patients one on one.
 What do you like most about working with your team members?
They are like family and I love each and every one of them.
What do you like most about Dr. Cheryl and Dr. Bryan?
They provide the most efficient and up to date dental care. Also, Dr. Bryan loves to fish and our team enjoys when he shares his catch with us.
What do you like to do when you are not at work?
I love spending time with my husband, my nephew Caleb, my family and friends. Also, riding motorcycles, camping, reading, directing weddings, being outdoors, shopping, and scrap booking.
 Jenifer McNeill is our certified Dental Assistant/Headache Therapist
She has been with us since 1997.

They are my extended family. We work together as a team providing the best possible care for our patients. We support each other both personally and professionally.

We are a state of the art facility. We always strive to treat everyone who comes through our door as family and take care of them as such. That is what our patients are to us ' an extended family network. We offer them the optimal dental health they desire.

Our doctors stay on the cutting edge of patient care. They are highly skilled and trained professionals. We have up to date technology and offer our patients comfort and the best quality of dentistry that is out there.
What do you like to do when you are not at work?
We like to travel and are involved in church activities. I love to read and enjoy any time spent with my family. I am very blessed!
 JoBeth is our Dental Hygienist
What do you like best about being a dental hygienist?
I am truly blessed to work in a field that allows me to wake each morning eager to work... because I love my patients! I've often described my job as having several hundred really close friends. I am honored that they trust me with their care, and strive daily to assist them in achieving their optimal health.
What do you like most about working with your team members?
I find it fascinating that a dozen women (only one male) with multitude of differences can come together and work so very seamlessly together. It's amazing how well the days flow and how easily the team mindset prevails throughout the work day. The entire staff is fully committed to providing the best patient care possible.
What do you like best about the Randolph Center for Dental Excellence?
The environment. We are an office filled with people who have a passion for improving the health of our patients and truly enjoy coming to work every day. Dr. Cheryl and Dr. Bryan are both highly skilled dentists and wonderful employers.
What do you like most about Dr. Cheryl and Dr. Bryan?
Dr. Cheryl is one of the happiest, most upbeat and positive people I have ever met! Her spirit is infectious. Her caring nature extends not only to our patients, but to the staff as well. Dr. Bryan's easy going personality also makes him a joy to work for! I admire the passion they both put forward into their work and the skillful care they provide our patients.
What do you like to do when you are not at work?
I am an avid reader, in fact... I read TOO much and often neglect house work. My husband and I love to travel and cruise. To date we have visited 16 countries and counting, with a goal to reach 20 within the next three years. I love to tend to my flowers (or, "the jungle" as my husband refers to it) and enjoy being outside.
 Sharon Leonard is our Dental Hygienist
I joined this wonderful practice in March 2017. I feel so blessed to work in an office that truly supports and cares about each other and our sweet patients!
What do you like best about being a Dental Hygienist?
I love getting to know my patients and developing relationships with them while providing the patients with optimal dental care and education.
 What do you like most about working with your team members?
I love the way the staff genuinely cares about each other and the patients while providing state of the art care to each and every patient.
What do you like best about the Randolph Center for Dental Excellence?
The office is very modern and up to date on everything, but still makes the patient feel like they are part of our extended family. Each staff member cares for the patients professionally and personally.
What do you like most about Dr. Cheryl and Dr. Bryan?
Both doctors stay up on the latest technology and offer the best quality of care. They both make sure the patient is comfortable during every procedure and confident in the professionals taking care of them.
What do you like to do when you are not at work?
I live in Asheboro and have one daughter, Savannah, who is in grad school at UNCG. I enjoy spending time with my family and my doodle Penny Lu. I enjoy watching a good movie, exercising, and weekend trips.
 Micaela Williamson is our Dental Assistant
What do you like best about being a dental assistant?
I like meeting new people so I enjoy getting to know our patients and dental assisting allows me to help make a positive difference not only in their oral health but everyday lives in the process.

Everyone works really well together to provide our patients with best possible care, helping and supporting each other as much as possible so that we may continue to learn and grow as a family

What do you like most about Dr. Cheryl and Dr. Bryan?
Both doctors genuinely care about our patients and prioritize their needs and concerns as individuals. Everyone they interact with is treated with respect and empathy every single visit.
What do you like to do when you are not at work?
I enjoy spending time with my family and our pets. We have three miniature dachshunds who are usually my main topic of discussion as well as my teenage daughter since they all keep me active and very entertained. |
