Sleep hygiene is an important part of everyone's life. In order to get the appropriate amount of treatment each night, you need to make sure that you are giving yourself the best chance at quality sleep. Of utmost importance is creating a regular schedule that you adhere to every night. You should try to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, which means 7 days a week.
